Plot Synopsis

Filmed entirely in a studio in film-maker Jonathan Jones's backyard in Hingham, Norfolk during the COVID-19 pandemic, TINY CREATURES is a half-hour documentary series that chronicles behaviors of little animals from across the United States. Each episode focuses on terrains from a different state -- Arizona, Florida, New York City, Louisiana, Texas, Washington, Minnesota and New Hampshire -- for which animal handlers brought creatures to Jones's backyard on a specially designed set. Netflix released the entire eight-episode first season of TINY CREATURES on Friday, August 7, 2020 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.
