Plot Synopsis

3-GUN NATION follows amateurs and professionals as they compete in three shooting disciplines (shotgun, rifle, and pistol) for a $25,000 grand prize and the 3-Gun Nation Championship title. Plus, the program features vignettes on the latest equipment, tips and techniques from pro shooters, and human interest stories. During the season, shooters travel the country to compete in five events with each competition ending in a a dramatic, head-to-head, single elimination shoot-off to determine the winner and recipient of the $5,000 event prize. Accumulating points in the first five events, the top 50 shooters converge on Las Vegas for the year-end championship and the chance to win the $25,000 grand prize. The events are: DPMS Superstition Mountain Mystery 3-Gun; Sabre Defense Blue Ridge Mountain; FNH USA Midwest 3-Gun Championships; MGM Ironman; JP Enterprises' Rocky Mountain 3-Gun; and the USPSA Multi-Gun Nationals in Las Vegas, Nevada.
