Plot Synopsis

Andrea Rosen, a comic and first-time mom, travels across America to get parenting advice from real moms with different perspectives about raising children. In each 30-minute episode, a different group of mothers teach Rosen a new parenting skill, such as: a group of Bronx Italian mothers -- and their devoted adult sons -- who reflect about parent-child bonding, providing their thoughts about mama's boys; mothers at Woodstock, who discuss finding a balance in life by chilling out; West Indian mothers, who teach Andrea how to take charge; the Lubavitch mothers of Crown Heights, who discuss spirituality, revealing how they make space for the soul; a group of chic mothers, who show Andrea the art of relaxed parenting; and roller-derby moms and many more. On Saturday, February 1, 2014 at 10:30pm ET/PT -- the night before the Super Bowl -- NickMom premiered the second season of TAKE ME TO YOUR MOTHER, as the season's first episode featured Andrea visiting the wives of NFL football players to immerse herself in the world of football.
