Plot Synopsis

Elise Strachan, host of the popular YouTube channel MyCupcakeAddiction and author of the "Sweet! Celebrations" cookbook, creates delicious, easy and buzzworthy treats that are perfect for Instagram. On Sunday, October 30, 2016 at 11am ET/PT, Food Network premiered the pilot of SWEET SMARTS, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Buzzworthy Treats," Elise whips up a towering pancake cake that reveals a rainbow center, helps a business change up their everyday cupcakes with ingenious tricks, and creates a never-seen-before pie and ice cream mash-up called the Pie Scream Cone.
