Plot Synopsis

STAY HERE is a half-hour docuseries that follows designer Genevieve Gorder and real estate expert Peter Lorimer, as they travel across America to show property owners how to turn their short-term rentals into moneymaking showstoppers. In the series opener, "Seattle Houseboat," a married couple's floating vacation rental goes from a claustrophobic money pit to a romantic waterfront retreat with a rooftop deck. Then, in the second episode, "Malibu Beach House," a widow's weathered seaside bungalow becomes a dazzling oceanfront villa with luxurious views and high-end amenities. On Friday, August 17, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, Netflix release the eight-episode first season of this series.
