Plot Synopsis

SMALL HOUSE, BIG EASY, is a half-hour reality series that follows Big Easy native Sarah Martzolf, an expert at finding, buying and restoring small shotgun houses, as she turns them into updated, modern homes while still preserving every original feature she can find. DIY Network premiered the pilot of this series on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 8pm ET/PT, six days before HGTV aired the network debut of the program on Friday, February 26 at Noon. In the pilot. Sarah uses space-saving elements and reclaimed items to transform a 953-square-foot shotgun house into a modern home.
