Plot Synopsis

British chef Harry Eastwood travels to Chicago, Philadelphia and Charleston to find America's finest bakeries and dessert makers, while revealing the secrets behind their sweets. In each half-hour episode of SINFUL SWEETS, Harry visits three eateries -- one location in each of the three cities -- to sample treats with a theme, including: sticky sweets, as Harry helps make cinnamon rolls in Philadelphia, tries caramelized pecan buns in Charleston and a variety of Wonuts -- part waffle, part donut -- in Chicago; creamy and dreamy flavors, as Harry gets stuck into a peanut butter ice cream cake in Chicago, tries a whole range of waffles in Charleston, and tries some good old-fashioned candy in Philadelphia; fancy flavors, as Harry tries a cherry pie with peppercorns in Chicago, some sour cream pound cake in Philadelphia and a spicy Kulfi Donut in Charleston; cakes, as Harry tries a rum cake in Philadelphia, a coconut layer cake in Charleston, and helps make a macaroon tower cake in Chicago; and many more tasty treats.

On Friday, December 4, 2015 at 8:30pm ET/5:30pm PT, Cooking Channel premiered the season finale of SINFUL SWEETS. In the season ender, "Sweets & Treats," Harry Eastwood goes in search of sweet treats, from Chocolate Caramels in Philadelphia, to Naga Chilli Truffles in Chicago and some good old Salt Water Taffy in Charleston. The treats come thick and fast and Harry, as always, is up to the challenge.
