Plot Synopsis

Based on the trilogy of "Shapes" picture books by Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen, SHAPE ISLAND is a stop-motion animated series that follows serious Square, intrepid Circle, and tricky Triangle on their silly adventures. As the trio dig up some fun, search for answers, and build on their friendship, they also learn how to navigate each other's differences. Each 22-minute episode includes two stories. On Friday, December 1, 2023, Apple TV+ released "The Winter Blues," a 25-minute SHAPE ISLAND holiday special. The chilly season leaves Square feeling sad, so Circle and Triangle try to cheer him up by creating a new holiday: Yeti Night.
