Plot Synopsis

SELLING LONDON follows London-based real-estate firms as they work with the word's wealthiest buyers, find their perfect homes, and close the deal on transactions worth much more than one-million euros. Each 30-minute episode features two sales, including: veteran agent Gary Hersham, who represents a wealthy Hong Kong businesswoman looking for million dollar homes that meet her Feng Shui demands; agency owner Mark Pollack, who is selling a historical $60M home that's been gutted and modernized; Charles Gordon, who is trying to convince his client, DJ Target, a popular music producer and radio host, to buy where he'll get the most bang for his buck; agent Max Curtis, who must impress an overbearing developer to win the remaining listings in an exclusive gated development in London; agent Nicholas Ayre, who must convince an Australian investor which property to purchase during her two-week shopping spree; Rosy Khalastchy, whose long-time client has gutted his $9M North London home and is stuck; an agent who helps a well-known London-based actress leave the city and sell her $9M home; a top buying agent, who works with a wealthy Russian family that keeps changing its criteria for an investment property; an agent who needs to educate his client about a $7M house on the famous Abbey Road and why it won't sell if she doesn't lower the price; and many more sales and near-sales.
