Plot Synopsis

A frighteningly funny hidden camera show. Set up by friends and loved ones, unsuspecting victims are placed into elaborately staged scary situations involving movie-style special effects and makeup. The horror hoaxes are skillfully designed to tap into the wildest fears of the prank's prey. SCARE TACTICS returned for its fifth season on Monday, October 29, 2012 at 7:30pm ET, showing all seven episode from Season 5 back-to-back on the same night.

SCARE TACTICS returned with six new episodes on Monday, October 28, 2013 from 8-11pm ET/PT on Syfy, immediately following an all-day marathon (8am-8pm) of repeats. Syfy continued the all-day SCARE TACTICS marathon by repeating the six new episodes from 11pm-2am, immediately followed by two more hours (2-4am) of repeats.
