Plot Synopsis

From the creators of BAYWATCH, this scripted adventure series follows an elite multi-agency task force in Malibu, California, as Los Angeles' lifeguards, firefighters, and Coast Guard answer the most challenging calls that involve sea, air, and fire. Filmed in Cape Town, South Africa, each one-hour episode of SAF3 chronicles the adventures of these personnel: John Eriksson, whose wife and mentor both recently died; Battalion Chief Alfonso Rivera, a member of the U.S. Air Force Pararescue team with previous assignments in Iraq and Afghanistan; Lily Maddox, a firefighter following in the footsteps of her father, who died on the job; Texas Daly, a former record-setting high-school and college athlete; Graciela Vega, who became a combat nurse after her brother was killed in Iraq; Chase Robertson, a member of the Malibu Fire Dept.; and lifeguards Charley Frazer and Kacie West.
