Plot Synopsis

RESORT RESCUE is a one-hour reality series that follows New Zealand-born hospitality expert Shane Green, founder of SGEi, as he travels across the the United States to help hotel and resort owners figure out what's going wrong inside their establishments. Shane watches every move through hidden surveillance footage taken across the premises, and afterwards, he reveals his findings to the owners and shows them how to fix these lingering issues, empowering them to take control of their business. In each 60-minute episode, Shane visits a different resort, including: the New Perry Hotel in Perry, GA, which has issues with litter-filled public spaces and a mismanaged restaurant; the Woodbridge Inn in Jasper, GA, where Shane tries to get the owner, Hans, to understand that he's part of the problem at this historic treasure; the Almont Resort in Almont, CO, where Shane sees employees treat the 120-year-old resort like a living room; and many more hotels that need the help of an expert.
