Plot Synopsis

RECLAIMING HOUSE is a one-hour reality series that follows Bobby Smith, owner of Robert Smith Construction Company, and the rest of the Smith family and team as they renovate homes. On Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 2pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the series pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Southern Mansion Rescue," the Smith family renovates a massive Victorian-style Southern home -- the 4,800-sq. ft. Antebellum House at 402 W. College St. in Americus, GA -- that was abandoned and had fallen in disrepair due to a fire. Undaunted by all the damage and setbacks, they bring this sleeping beauty back to life with incredible one-of-a-kind furnishings made from salvaged materials.
