On Monday, September 15, 2014 (check local listings), THE QUEEN LATIFAH SHOW returned for its second season. In the season premiere, Latifah welcomed Reese Witherspoon, who discussed her upcoming role in the feature film THE GOOD LIE, which tells the story of an American woman whose life was forever changed when she befriends three refugees who were among the Lost Boys of Sudan. This true story has inspired Latifah's "One Step Further," a season-long initiative that is designed to empower viewers to take their own lives one step further in pursuit of their dreams, help viewers discover possibilities for their lives they never imagined, and provide them with opportunities they may not have otherwise. During the rest of premiere week, Latifah welcomes guests Goldie Hawn, The Muppets, Kristen Bell, Toni Braxton, Little League pitching phenom Mo'ne Davis, and the Golden Sisters.
