PROPERTY VIRGINS highlights the roller-coaster journey of the buyers' first foray into real estate, offering tell-it-like-it-is insights and practical take-home advice that viewers can use to navigate the intense world of house hunting. In Season 12, Sherrod helps: New Jersey girl Tina, who is looking for a canine-friendly, three-bedroom home in Atlanta; Jessica and Aussie ex-pat Avi, who are ready to trade in their two-bedroom apartment for a house in an upscale neighborhood in Atlanta; twentysomething schoolteacher Tuqwan, who moved in with his mom and is now ready to live large in a huge Atlanta home of his own; Lauren and Greg, who are determined to purchase a budget-friendly home before they tie the knot; single mom Michelle, who is looking for an Atlanta home that's as colorful as she is; and many more property virgins.
