Plot Synopsis

PRIVATE EYES is a one-hour procedural drama series that follows ex-professional athlete Matt Shade and private investigator Angie Everett, as they form an unlikely duo that investigates high-stakes cases of the week. On the ice, Shade learned how to hustle, read people and anticipate their moves. Working with Angie, Shade sees an opportunity to redeem himself from his checkered past and discovers a fantastic rush of adrenaline, causing him to realize that he's found a new home for his skills. Angie may find Shade naive in the way that he sees the world, but his passion and heart bring something special to her one-woman business. ION aired the U.S. premiere of PRIVATE EYES on Sunday, February 11, 2018 from 9-11pm ET/PT, and the network debuted back-to-back episodes.

On Sunday, April 8, 2018 at 9pm ET/PT, ION premiered the Season 1 finale of PRIVATE EYES. In the season ender, "Family Jewels," Shade and Angie go undercover as an engaged couple when a family heirloom is stolen.
