Plot Synopsis

THE OUTDOOR OPTION is a half-hour reality series that follows the Reaser family -- dad Dan, son Danny and daughter Shannon -- as they share hunting and fishing adventures across North America. In this series, they travel to the Rocky Mountains chasing mule deer and elk, through America's heartland in search of whitetails and turkey, south to Louisiana and Arkansas for waterfowl hunting, to north of the border for moose, bear, and other big game. They also fish for steelhead on the Pere Marquette River in Northern Michigan, brown and rainbow trout on the Yampa River in Colorado, big pike and walleye in Ontario and saltwater fish in Southern Florida.
