Plot Synopsis

NORTH AMERICA: RUNNING WILD is a series of enhanced episodes of the 2013 TV series NORTH AMERICA, with added facts, tweets, and viewer reactions. From the Arctic Circle to the Panama Canal, NORTH AMERICA reveals life forms that thrive in North America's impossible mountains, unexplored forests, rugged coasts and endless deserts. Film crews crisscrossed 10 countries, 29 U.S. states, and eight Canadian provinces for over three years, as 51 camera-crew members spent at least 2,800 days in the field to capture more than 850 hours of HD footage of 110 animal species.
