Plot Synopsis

NO DEMO RENO is a one-hour reality series that follows home renovation expert and social media creator Jenn Todryk, as she updates homes without moving walls or creating any major demo. Homeowners have a budget between $45,000-$60,000 that Jenn and her team use over 3-4 weeks to renovate outdated spaces, transforming the home into one that reflects the family's needs and personality. By working within the existing footprint of the house, Jenn and her team save families time, money and stress while proving that it doesn't take a massive renovation to create a dream home. Each episode spotlights Jenn's unique design style, including her emphasis on organization and practical functionality, as well as her budget-conscious techniques, like repurposing existing materials in the home for new projects. Season 1 begins with Jenn delivering life-changing renos for two families with young children. Both clients want to improve their homes but can't see the potential. To give them both modern, functional spaces, Jenn drastically transforms the homes' kitchens, bathrooms and living areas - all while keeping the same floorplan. As the season continues, she reimagines more outdated houses with smart remodels that feature elements such as reclaimed wood beams and mantles, spa-like showers and built-in storage. In addition to airing on HGTV, the second episode of NO DEMO RENO was available to stream on discovery+ on March 25 as a special preview.

NO DEMO RENO returned for its second season on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. This season, Jenn meets two clients in every episode -- one who needs a massive makeover of several rooms and the other who wants to upgrade just one space with an extreme design do-over. In the season opener, "Marriage Mulligan," she gives a large family a kitchen and main living area that meets everyone's needs and also completes a serene main bedroom retreat with a built-in office for a couple with six children.

Season 3 of NO DEMO RENO premiered on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 9pm ET/PT on HGTV. Jenn continues to help clients in the Dallas-Fort Worth area create functional, stylish dream homes within their existing footprints, wall removal or large-scale demo often not required. To save time, money and stress for each family, Jenn will offer smart design solutions, find innovative ways to stretch the budget and incorporate personalized features to produce stunning overhauls. In the season opener, "Truth Bombs," Jenn upgrades a 1960s home for a family of five, infusing the refreshed spaces with an organic modern design. She'll add practical storage in the galley kitchen including a custom appliance cabinet and install a striking double vanity and bold floor tile in the bathroom making it ideal for both kids and guests. Future episodes spotlight more of Jenn's elegant yet practical touches while she keeps the walls intact, such as a specially crafted bourbon cabinet and a dramatic butler's pantry with porcelain tile countertops, and will follow her family's next personal project -- the renovation and opening of a local brewery.
