Plot Synopsis

THE NEXT STEP is a half-hour scripted series that follows the lives of a group of elite teenage dancers at The Next Step Dance Studio as they train hard, rehearse and hang out. With the regional championships coming up, the A-Troupe needs to come together if they want to win and qualify for the national title. Hulu presented the U.S. premiere of this series on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, releasing all 30 episodes of the first season at the same time -- the first two episodes were available on Hulu for free, while the remaining 28 episodes required viewers to have a subscription to Hulu Plus.
