Plot Synopsis

This series captures all the trials and tribulations, stress and success of prepping for sale, pricing, negotiating, and ultimately selling a home for the first time. Each episode follows real-life struggles of first-time homeowners selling the house where they fell in love, brought home their baby, or finally became grown-ups. Watch as they must deal with unexpected listing fees, unbudgeted sales costs, insulting low-ball offers and nail-biting inspections -- all as they hope to get a certain price so they can move to the next stage of their lives.
