Joining Cyrus and Parton live from Miami are an all-star lineup of musical guests, including acclaimed singer-songwriter FLETCHER, breakout rapper Latto, Los Angeles rock band Liily, viral hip-hop duo Rae Sremmurd, and chart-topping Grammy Award nominee Sia.
