Plot Synopsis

Based on the popular comics anthology "Metal Hurlant," each half-hour episode takes place on a different planet with a different cast, linked together by the presence of an asteroid, which plays a vital role in their lives -- and the future of their civilization. Syfy aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Monday, April 14, 2014 at 8pm ET/PT, showing back-to-back episodes. In the night's first episode, a dying king held a tournament, while two human warriors competed against machines for the throne. Then, in the second episode, the chosen one fought for humanity against the Mecamorphes.
