Plot Synopsis

Originally a meat nerd from New Mexico, Rahm Fama is now Executive Chef for The Lodge at Vail. In this series, he combs the country looking for the choicest cuts of meat and mouth-watering side dishes that so perfectly complete them. Whether he's in New York for mounds of meatballs or Texas for chicken-fried steak, he obsesses over meat with fellow chefs, local foodies and passionate chowhounds. Each episode focuses on a single theme, such as "Between the Buns" as Rahm explores the restaurants with America's best tasting meats between buns, including: Mile End Deli (Brooklyn, NY); Franks 'n' Dawgs (Chicago, IL); and The Oaks Gourmet Market (Hollywood, CA). As Rahm likes to say, this series is "rated 'M' for meat. Vegetarians beware."
