Plot Synopsis

This series is a compilation of footage from all of Discovery's adventure reality series, featuring the best survival tips from the masters, including: Bear Grylls (MAN VS. WILD); Dave Canterbury and Cody Lundin (DUAL SURVIVAL); Myke Hawke and Ruth England (MAN, WOMAN, WILD). Each 60-minute episode highlights a different aspect of "Survival 101" -- how to make it back from any outdoor adventure gone wrong and how to survive the most remote, extreme and inhospitable places on the planet.
