Plot Synopsis

MASTER PLAN is a half-hour reality series that follows Seattle home flippers Garrett and Cathy Poshusta, as they apply their renovation and design skills to homes in the Emerald City. On Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 2pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered the series pilot, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time. In the pilot, "Classic Starter Home," Garrett and Cathy start work on The Porch House, a charming 1900s farmhouse in Ellensburg, WA. The begin by gutting and modernizing the kitchen, rehabbing the living room and mastering the master bedroom. A fast demo and a well-executed plan helps them sell the home to a young family and realize a solid profit.
