Plot Synopsis

When she "drains" her first boyfriend to death, Bo discovers that she's a Succubus -- one of the Fae creatures of legend who pass for humans while secretly feeding off them -- after being raised by her parents as human. Now, she must deal with her new identity and choose between an allegiance to the Dark or Light Fae clans. After choosing a middle path between the human and Fae worlds, she embarks on a mission to unlock the secrets of her origin with the help of: Dyson, a homicide detective and Bo's love interest, who is a wolf-shifter; Kenzi, Bo's confidante, who Bo declares as her property to participate in Fae society; Lauren, a doctor who competes for Bo's heart and is a scientist for the Light Fae; Trick, the mysterious bartender at The Dal Riata Tavern, which is neutral ground for Dark and Light Fae; and Hale, Dyson's partner on the force, who is a siren and Fae undercover agent. Syfy aired the U.S. premiere of this series on Monday, January 16, 2012 at 10pm ET/PT. Syfy later aired US premieres of Season 2 (April 16, 2012) and Season 3 (January 14, 2013). LOST GIRL returned for its fourth season on Syfy, as the network aired the U.S. premiere of Season 4 on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 8pm ET/PT. In the new season, the lines between Dark and Light Fae were blurred when Bo returned, causing her to embark on a journey of discovery. Bo and company ultimately realized that, regardless of the challenges and enemies they face, they're stronger when they confront them together. Season 4 guest stars include George Takei, Ali Liebert, and more. Syfy aired the U.S. premiere of the fifth and final season of LOST GIRL on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT. In the first eight episodes of Season 5, Bo is determined to do the impossible: drag her bestie out of the underworld. Convinced her elusive and undeniably evil father is responsible for luring Kenzi to her death, Bo will stop at nothing until she succeeds. But in the world of the Fae, nothing is ever as it seems -- and the after-life is no exception. Returning to the cast for Season 5 are stars Kris Holden-Ried as Light Fae shape-shifter Dyson, Zoie Palmer as human doctor Lauren, Rick Howland as Bo's ancient and secretive grandfather Trick and Rachel Skarsten as Valkyrie warrior Tamsin. Returning guest stars include Paul Amos and Emmanuelle Vaugier. On Monday, February 1, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT, Syfy aired the U.S. premiere of the second half of LOST GIRL's fifth and final season. In the winter premiere, "44 Minutes to Save the World," Bo and her allies race to stop an ancient evil from wreaking mass destruction.
