Plot Synopsis

LITTLE WITCH ACADEMIA is a half-hour anime series that follows the enthusiastic but somewhat under-talented Akko, as she and her friends Lotte and Sucy train to be a witch at Luna Nova Witchcraft Academy. The series opens with Akko finally matriculating at Luna Nova Witchcraft Academy, but she faces expulsion if she doesn't get to the entrance ceremony. But Akko is excited when her classes finally start, but learning magic turns out to be boring. Worse, her classmates make fun of her for admiring Chariot. LITTLE WITCH ACADEMIA had its U.S. premiere on Friday, June 30, 2017 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Netflix released the entire 13-episode first season of the series.
