Plot Synopsis

Marta and Javi don't know each other, and neither of them intends to complicate their life with anything, let alone anyone. They're two successful professionals in their own careers with enviable lives. They have always disliked children and had never entertained the idea of being parents...until now. They separately each experience a strange phenomenon that will push them to unwittingly look for each other. A girl appears in Javi's dream as an unconscious projection of his wish to be a father, and Marta has made the "rational" decision to be a mother. It's too bad she just broke up with her boyfriend. To find each other (if they do) they'll need a lot of little coincidences. And they start by both ending up on the same dating site. LITTLE COINCIDENCES debuted on Friday, December 7, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Amazon Prime released the entire eight-episode first season.

What happens to the main characters of a romantic comedy after their happily ever after? How about a year later? Marta and Javi have had 12 months of love without any issues. But being parents is a decision they'd made even before they met; now they have to face the truth about parenting. It's time to start a family and think about how they can make sure their life continues as a romantic comedy. The 12-episode second season of LITTLE COINCIDENCES premiered on Amazon Prime on January 15, 2020.

The third and final season of LITTLE COINCIDENCES premiered on Friday, February 5, 2021 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT, as Amazon Prime released the entire 10-episode new season. Marta and Javi are going to have a child, but many things are coming between them. An ocean for one as Marta is in Mexico and Javi -- a minor detail -- married someone else. If fate has something in store for them, it would seem to be that they will not be together. In this final season they must decide whether or not to challenge what fortune has mapped out for them.
