Plot Synopsis

Actress and wellness coach AJ Johnson encourages her clients to live their best lives by examining the hard truths that have kept them stuck in unhealthy situations. The series opener features the story of Antoinette Currie, who spent years as a model until Lupus put an end to her career. Other clients include: Isaac and Harriett, who have been married for 17 years, but have been struggling after Isaac cheated and developed an addition to porn; AMERICAN IDOL runner-up Willie Spence, who transformed from a bullied kid into world-class singer after recognizing his talent; and more.

On Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 10pm ET/PT, TV One premiered "Behind the Butt," the season finale of LIFE THERAPY. Kimberly Smedley was the go-to girl for black market butt injections but came to recognize the dangers of many of the techniques; now she wants AJ's help to convince women to stay away from life-threatening underground procedures.
