Plot Synopsis

Audrey, an exhausted mother to 2-month-old Stevie, joins a new-parents support group, where she makes some quirky friends facing various challenges and life changes. At the group she feels like a mess next to others, especially the seemingly perfect Sophie. The series opens with Audrey struggling to get the support she needs from her local parents group, her work-stressed partner and even the neighborhood drug dealer. An exhausted Audrey and Jeremy start a sleep-training regimen. A mishap during a movie outing with new mom Sophie leads to a restroom confessional. THE LETDOWN had its U.S. premiere on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 3:01am ET/12:01am PT.

As their babies turn one, some of the parents' group members make plans for another. Audrey and Jeremy struggle to maintain a long-distance relationship. Audrey goes overboard making preparations for Stevie's first birthday party, where she's rattled by a surprise announcement from one of the guests. Meanwhile, Sophie buys a device to prepare her body for delivery. Ester undergoes a medical exam to find out what her options are for having a second child.
