Plot Synopsis

This half-hour reality series follows Leah Remini, as she juggles her career, celebrity status and family. Whether she's throwing a party for friends who stuck by her since leaving the Church of Scientology, holding a living funeral for her mother, or decorating the family restaurant to spend time with her mom, Leah takes her roles as wife, mother, daughter and sister very seriously. IT'S ALL RELATIVE introduces Leah's husband, Angelo, who co-owns the family restaurant, Vivian's Diner, with her stepfather. After being together for 18 years -- and married for the past 11 years -- the couple has been able to maintain their Ricky/Lucy dynamic, keeping everyone laughing. Their 10-year-old daughter, Sofia, loves fashion, hanging out with friends and spending her free time volunteering at the local dog and puppy rescue. Filling out Leah's household are: her opinionated mother, Vicki, who is the house manager (in name only) and is known for having no filter; eccentric stepfather George, whose easygoing nature is countered by his belief in some pretty crazy conspiracy theories; down-to-earth sister Shannon, an aspiring actress who works at the restaurant and helps keep their mother in line; Shannon's husband, William; Sofia's unneeded British nanny, Trish, who is as sloppy and laidback as Leah is meticulous and OCD; and personal assistant Raffy, who is an aspiring actor and, for now, part of the family. LEAH REMINI: IT'S ALL RELATIVE returned for a 14-episode second season on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at 9pm on TLC, immediately following a six-hour marathon (3-9pm) of encore episodes. The one-hour season opener, "Life After Scientology," opens on an emotional note, as the family supports Trish, who is bravely battling breast cancer. After being diagnosed last year, when Leah dragged her along for a mammogram, the family has rallied around their friend and supported her through treatment. The episode picks up as Trish prepares for her final round of chemotherapy, and Leah has special plans to make the milestone. The premiere also follows as Leah and her family continue to navigate their life after leaving Scientology -- and try a therapy session together to talk through their experiences since leaving the religion. The season also features Angelo attempts at creating a commercial for the family restaurant Vivian's, a special celebration for George's birthday, Vicki plotting to cross skydiving off her bucket list, Leah exploring new career ideas, and a few visits from Leah's celebrity friends.

On Wednesday, September 2, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT, TLC premiered the Season 2 finale of LEAH REMINI: IT'S ALL RELATIVE. In the one-hour season ender, "That's Life," Vicki meets with a medium and has a life-altering experience. Meanwhile, Leah has a hard time accepting the fact that her daughter is growing up when Sofia wants to mark two major milestones; and the family anxiously awaits an update on Trish's health.
