Hosted by Malik Yoba (Season 2) and Judge Faith Jenkins (Season 1), JUSTICE BY ANY MEANS is a one-hour investigative series that documents friends and family members' relentless pursuit of justice and the unstoppable measures they take to ensure closure on behalf of their loved ones. Using re-enactments and first-person accounts, this series profiles heroic Black men and women who stopped at nothing to unravel mysterious crimes by launching their own investigations, immersing themselves in dangerous manhunts and meeting face-to-face with the suspected assailants -- all in the name of justice. Each 60-minute episode profiles a different case, including those of: Sharon Williams, a distraught mother who stopped at nothing to find out what happened to her missing 19-year-old daughter, Demetria Hill; Richelle Ransom, an Alabama woman who investigated the case of her missing sister, 32-year old Rosaline; Roshenna Crowder, a 25-year old mother who was gunned down in a home invasion in 2011 by Demario Little; Marcelle McGee, a newlywed who searched until she found the identity of a man who raped and almost killed her neighbor; JoAnn and Emory McClinton, a couple who searched all over the United States to track down the man who they believed was responsible for the death of their daughter, Lita McClinton; and many more. Season 2 of JUSTICE BY ANY MEANS premiered on Monday, October 24, 2016 at 10pm ET/PT on TV One, with new host, actor and community activist Malik Yoba. The premiere episode explores a case that made national headlines when Jannie Ligons, a grandmother from Oklahoma City, become a victim of sexual assault at the hands of a local police officer. While heading home one night after playing dominos at a friend's house, Jannie was pulled over and forced to endure a horrifying sexual assault by an officer sworn to protect and serve. With the support of her daughter and Attorney Benjamin Crump by her side, Jannie was ultimately able to find the courage to go public with her story. The mounting media coverage by News One Now's Roland Martin and other national outlets put pressure on the police to find her attacker and alerted the community to a dirty cop on the force. Jannie's determination to find justice ultimately unearthed a shocking story of an officer abusing his position of power to routinely prey on multiple Black women.

After a three-month break JUSTICE BY ANY MEANS returned with new episodes on Monday, March 27, 2017 at 9pm ET/PT on TV One. In the spring premiere, when Greg Smith's friend and Florida lottery winner, Abraham Shakespeare, goes missing, Greg assumes he is just on another adventure, enjoying his winnings, and laying low from those asking for handouts. Abraham used to help Greg out at his barbershop where they sparked a friendship. No one seems to know anything except for Abraham's financial advisor, Dee Dee Moore. It isn't until Greg gets wrapped up into dealings with Dee Dee that he teams up with police to uncover the twisted plot of where his friend Abraham may be. Greg goes to dangerous and creative measures to seek justice for whoever is responsible for his friend's disappearance.
