Plot Synopsis

In this half-hour, syndicated courtroom series (check local listings for channel and time), Judge Faith Jenkins -- a former NYC prosecutor in the Manhattan District Attorney's office -- hears testimony from plaintiffs and defendants and rules on these cases, which would normally have been heard in small-claims court. JUDGE FAITH, the first televised court show to have both a female judge and a female bailiff, deals with two cases in each 30-minute episode. Typical cases include: a pit bull that kills a smaller dog; furniture falls off a moving truck; a motorcyclist hit by a truck; a woman who wants her money back after purchasing a car from her grandchildren's mother; a pit bull's owners say a retriever attacked it; and many more disputes and complaints.
