Plot Synopsis

JACK AND BOBBY is a one-hour drama series that follows two teenage brothers, Jack and Bobby McCallister -- one of whom becomes the President of the United States 35 years later -- as they grow up in Hart, Missouri with their single mother, college professor Grace, whose personality is destined to shape both of her sons' lives. In addition to dealing with the issues of typical teenage boys -- school, friends, drugs and girlfriends -- both Jack and Bobby become involved in politics at an early age, participating in a College Democrats rally. Plus, each episode uses flash-forward segments (from a documentary made in the 2050s) to highlight President McCallister's time in office and his career evolution, revealing at the end of the pilot which of the two brothers transformed into the POTUS.
