Plot Synopsis

Narrated and executive produced by Martin Sheen, IS O.J. INNOCENT? THE MISSING EVIDENCE is a three-night, six-hour even. Featuring exclusive new interviews with the families of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman, the series follows investigators as they re-open the case that captivated the world, exposing the facts that were overlooked by authorities and questioning and dissecting each pivotal move in the original investigation. From the infamous Bronco chase to updated forensics and DNA data to the examination of a potential murder weapon, each hour-long episode explores new possibilities and theories about what might have really happened on that fateful summer evening more than 20 years earlier.

On Tuesday, January 17, 2017 from 9-11pm ET/PT, Investigation Discovery premiered the final two episodes of IS O.J. INNOCENT? THE MISSING EVIDENCE. In the penultimate episode (9pm), "The Charlie Theory," OJ Simpson has claimed that "if" he committed the murders, he couldn't have done it alone. The team asks Kato Kaelin and others whether anyone else could've been involved, and a new potential eyewitness comes forward with a shocking revelation. Then, in the finale (10pm), "What Really Happened," after coming forth with new information, a possible eyewitness takes a polygraph test. Plus the DNA results from a potential murder weapon are in. And, the team reveals their final conclusions about what they believe really happened that night.
