Plot Synopsis

In the same vein as the series I DIDN'T KNOW I WAS PREGNANT, this series of one-hour specials features women who unexpectedly had children -- a second time. In the first special, "This Can't Be Happening Again," a woman becomes a first time mom in a cab on the way home from a club; only to be surprised again years later at a friend's BBQ. Another woman thinks she has kidney stones, but learns she is in labor instead! A year later, she has another unexpected baby.

On Wednesday, June 10, 2015 at 9pm ET/PT, TLC premiered the second installment of I STILL DIDN'T KNOW I WAS PREGNANT. In this new one-hour special, "Not Again!," after one unexpected birth, a woman who thinks she has food poisoning is shocked when she nearly delivers surprise baby number two in a store parking lot! A student thinks she has a tumor but it's a baby. And, woman with endometriosis has two surprises.
