Plot Synopsis

Hidden cameras capture celebrities when they go undercover and assume everday jobs, such as being a cashier, waitress or shoe salesman. When celebs are recognized by their customers, they simply say "I get that a lot," continuing to deny their true identities until the hidden cameras are revealed at the end of the segment. The first special included: Heidi Klum (pizza parlor); Ice-T (shoe salesman); Jeff Probst (cashier); LeAnn Rimes (waitress); Jessica Simpson (computer technician); Mario Lopez (hot dog vendor); Jared Fogle (Subway). The second special featured: Gene Simmons (psychic); Paris Hilton (gas station attendant); Julie Chen (yogurt shop); Tony Hawk (surf shop); Snoop Dogg (parking lot attendant); Rachael Ray (dry cleaner).

On Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 8-9pm ET/PT, CBS premiered the seventh I GET THAT A LOT special. Celebrity participants include actress and singer Kristin Chenoweth working as a waitress at a New York diner; restaurateur, author and television personality Guy Fieri selling cars; singer Rita Ora working at a tanning salon; Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers working the front desk at a gym; Australian pop sensation Cody Simpson selling candy; and JEOPARDY's Alex Trebek behind the information desk at a public library.
