Plot Synopsis

Narrated by Fred Willard, HUNGRYTOWN, USA is a half-hour series that pays a visit to towns all across America with food-related names. In addition to sampling that city's food, the series explores the history of how these towns got their unique names and meets some of the people who make these places truly fun. Each 30-minute episode features three different cities, including: Hot Coffee (MS), Weiner (AR), & Pietown (NM); and Sandwich (IL), Mayo (FL), and Turkey (TX). Travel Channel debuted two back-to-back episodes from Noon-1pm ET/PT on Saturday, April 30, 2016, but the cable channel had no other episodes on its schedule at that time.
