Plot Synopsis

Ben Epstein and Cam Calderon are enterprising Brooklyn twentysomethings trying to climb the ladder in the fashion business in New York. At the start of the second season, Ben and Cam are back in New York after a potentially lucrative trip to Japan, and they hit the ground running, hustling for every opportunity as they scour the downtown scene for new business connections, following every lead they can to make headway with CRISP, their homemade fashion line of T-shirts and hoodies. They get an assist from Cam's cousin Rene -- who's marketing his Rasta Monsta high-energy drink -- and their well-connected friend Domingo, who is developing his own "entrepreneurial" business, which starts out as a dog-walking venture. The show also includes: Rachel, Ben's ex-girlfriend who was concentrating on her own career and a new relationship in Season 1 but returned from a soul-searching trip at the beginning of Season 2 to find she still had feelings for Ben, who is now seeing Julie; Julie, Ben's girlfiend; Lulu, Cam's new girlfriend who owns a clothing store; and David Kaplan, a successful hedge fund manager and Ben's high-school friend, who is a big supporter of Ben and Cam's venture. Edie is Rachel's former boss, and Gingy is Ben and Cam's little-seen artsy friend.
