Plot Synopsis

Six two-person teams of drivers converge in Tucson, Arizona with their $5k hoopties in tow for an Olympics-style racing competition. It's one wild and unpredictable journey into vehicular mayhem and chaos, which kicks off with a no-holds-barred race across both asphalt and dirt. Then, the teams have less than 18 hours to build and modify their hoopties for the final drag race. HOOPTIE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP made its linear television debut on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 9pm ET on MotorTrend.
