Plot Synopsis

TOP CHEF judge Tom Colicchio travels across the United States to fish with a celebrity guest, while discussing their careers and accomplishments. In each 30-minute episode, Colicchio welcomes a new angler in a different locale, including: Super Bowl XLII champion and Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Plaxico Burress, who searches for fish with Tom in the Florida Everglades; Jane's Addiction frontman and Lollapalooza founder Perry Farrell and his wife Etty Lau; 18-year NBA veteran Jerry Stackhouse, who fishes with Tom off the coast of South Naples, FL; THE WIRE's Wendell Pierce, who joins Colicchio in the Biloxi Marsh off the coast of Pierce's hometown of New Orleans; and NYC chef and restaurateur Eddie Huang and former MMA and UFC title holder Randy 'The Natural' Couture. Originally released online as a monthly series on YouTube's Reserve Channel, HOOKED UP WITH TOM COLICCHIO had its television premiere on Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at 7pm ET/PT, when NBC Sports showed back-to-back episodes.
