Plot Synopsis

Each year since 2010, HGTV has given away an urban oasis to one lucky sweepstakes winner. In this annual special, while viewers can still enter the giveaway, HGTV gives an extensive tour of that year's grand prize residence. Past Urban Oasis grand prizes were located at: The Residences at W New York-Downtown (2010); Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago (2011); Miami's Paramount Bay (2012); The Residences at the W Boston (2013); The Residences at Mandarin Oriental in Atlanta (2014); renovated 1920s bungalow in Asheville, NC (2015); Craftsman-style home in Ann Arbor, MI (2016); Craftsman-style home in Knoxville, TN (2017); Dutch Colonial home in Cincinnati, OH (2018); Scandinavian-inspired farmhouse in Minneapolis, MN (2019); escapewith high-end, upcycled design in Portland, ME (2020); Indianapolis, IN (2021); southern classic in Nashville, TN (2022).

On Friday, October 6, 2023 at 7pm ET/PT, HGTV premiered HGTV URBAN OASIS 2023. Brian Patrick Flynn and Lauren Makk draw inspiration from the vibrant city of Louisville to restore a Craftsman style home with timeless charm.
