Plot Synopsis

Brothers Adam and Andrew Erace travel the country in search of America's hidden food treasures, tracking down little-known purveyors from coast to coast as they seek out the best bites in the country and introduce fans to their favorite products. In each 30-minute episode, the brothers visit three or four locations, including: a purveyor in Delaware Water Gap, PA, which makes mac and cheese just like your grandmother, but puts it in a pie crust; a garage in Wolcott, CT, where they make uniquely flavored pierogi; Jersey City, where they meet a family who creates an unforgettable vegetable ice cream made from purple yams; a Belgian waffle van on the street; a community firehouse in Bucks County, PA, where they taste a tangy bacon marmalade; the sleepy town of Bantam, CT, where they find a European-inspired bakery that has created an irresistible cinnamon-dusted treat; closer to home in Pennsylvania when they receive a tip about a purveyor who puts a bold twist on her family's traditional dumpling recipe; New Hope, PA, where they explore a salted, bacon-infused brownie; a fudge shop making stacked French toast marshmallows in Flemington, NJ; Atlantic City's boardwalk to witness a spicy, modern take on hand-pulled mozzarella; a delectable Connecticut bakery serving a sugar-dusted hybrid pastry that oozes strawberry lava; charming Kennett Square, PA, home to a sweet and savory pie shop; and any more places serving tasty dishes.
