Plot Synopsis

GIRLFRIEND CONFIDENTIAL: LA follows four best friends in Hollywood's cutthroat entertainment industry, as they help each other navigate the tumultuous waters of love, career and celebrity life. These four women are: fashion model, actor, and producer Eva Marcille, the central figure of the group, who is now working hard on her acting career and wants to market herself as an entrepreneur -- and not just a model who rose to fame on AMERICA'S NEXT TOP MODEL; rising actress Denyce Lawton, who is trying to adapt to the single life after recently breaking off an engagement, while also grieving the tragic loss of her brother to a senseless murder; high-profile interior and product design diva Nikki Chu, the most Zen-like of the group, who wants to be the next Martha Stewart and has worked hard to build her design company, Nikki Chu Design; and talent and brand manager Kelly Marie Dunn, a tiny bundle of beauty and brains, who made a name for herself as the day-to-day product manager for Lady Gaga and is currently rebranding herself.
