Plot Synopsis

Comedian Billy Eichner walks the streets of the city, giving New Yorkers the chance to win money by correctly answering pop-culture questions. In his "For a Dollar" game, Billy runs up to random people on the street asking them easy trivia questions, like "Name three white people," or daring them to perform a simple task, like "Hide behind a bush." In a second game, "Quizzed in the Face," a person on the street answers three rounds of questions. If the contestant gets three questions wrong, the game is over and the person wins no money. If someone can't answer a question, they can beg a stranger, tweet Billy's Twitter followers or text a woman for help. Each of the first two rounds features three multiple-choice questions, with correct answers worth $50 (1st round) and $100 (2nd round) each. These first two rounds include multiple-choice questions like: What is the name of the Disney Channel show that made a star out of Miley Cyrus; What is the name of a popular Jay-Z/Alicia Keys duet?; MAD MEN stars which critically acclaimed actor?; Which of the following locations plays host to a spin-off of CSI?; Matt Damon won on Oscar in which category?; Which of the following movies made the most money at the box office?; Who is absolutely amazing on THE OFFICE? By answering one subjective question in the last round, the contestant wins everything or loses half the money -- and the player only wins if he or she shares Billy's opinion about music, movies and TV. The last round features questions like: What is the best Christmas movie of all time? (ELF); Who's better Kate Winslet or Kate Hudson? (Kate Winslet). Plus, Billy plays the Lightning Round, offering people the chance to win small amounts of cash by quickly answering questions. Fuse aired a sneak peek of this series on Sunday, December 18, 2011 at 9pm ET, immediately after JINGLE BALL 2011, and the series officially premiered four days later on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at 11pm ET.
