Plot Synopsis

In this half-hour reality series, host Tyler Harcott travels around the world to meet seemingly ordinary people who have extraordinary abilities to control, manipulate or conquer nature. Plus, Tyler goes beyond the call of duty by subjecting himself to some of the most physically taxing feats, personally highlighting these people's truly inhuman abilities. In each 30-minute episode of FREAKS OF NATURE, Tyler meets one incredible person, including: Wim Hoff, who claims he can switch off his body's natural response to cold while being immersed in water at sub-zero temps -- wearing nothing more than a pair of shorts; William Trubridge, a free diver, who is the first man to go deeper than 300 feet in water on a single breath of air without breathing assistance; Geoff Mackley, who claims to be fireproof and approaches an active volcano, wearing only a thin foil suit; Don Bowie, who climbs the world's highest mountains using no supplemental oxygen; and many more extraordinary people who can pass electricity through their body, fly like a human bird at 100mph, and perform other feats that could harm or kill the average human.
