Plot Synopsis

Twenty-five years after dismantling the Loggia gang's infamous organized crime ring, ex-undercover cop Frank Riva is called in from retirement to investigate the suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of Crime Squad superintendent Marc-Antoine Rezzoni. He soon finds himself once more on the trail of the Loggias, forced to confront memories of a past he thought he had long-since put behind him. As his investigation unfolds, he recognizes more victims as former members of the Loggia gang, and a face from his past, Nina Rizzi, resurfaces. Plus, Riva and his team plan to intercept a drug transfer between the Loggias and their Colombian partners, leading them down a trail that leads to South America. As Riva gets closer to bringing down the Loggias, he puts the lives of government officials at risk as retribution for his work, but his biggest challenge comes when he is suspected in the shooting ambush of a police commissioner. On Thursday, June 6, 2013 at 9pm ET/PT, MHz Worldview aired the U.S. premiere of this French detective series.
