Plot Synopsis

4TH AND FOREVER chronicles the 2010 football season of Long Beach Polytechnic High School, which was named the Sports School of the Century by Sports Illustrated but recently suffered its worst season in 15 years. Now, even though head coach Raul Lara led the team to 100 wins in the previous nine years, fans, boosters and even the players are doubting whether he can return the Jackrabbits to their previous glory. This reality series takes a behind-the-scenes look at their season -- from the pre-season scrimmages to its playoff run -- including Coach Lara's son competing for starting quarterback, pre-season brawls, players missing games and off-the-field drama.
