Plot Synopsis

Using CGI effects, re-creations, and cutting-edge analyses, scientists explore and explain various apocalyptic scenarios, describing how catastrophic weather, natural disasters and astrophysical events could possibly cause the end of days. Each 30-minute episode features a different doomsday event, such as a huge methane-gas explosion, a super volcano erupting, a large asteroid impacting Earth, gamma rays that travel at the speed of light, a series a mega tsunamis, and a rogue planet affecting Earth's orbit.
